The Monumental Experience, an exclusive tour offered by Vinícola Brasília, is a celebration of wine culture and the richness of the Brazilian Cerrado. Upon arrival, the winery’s architectural design immediately catches the eye, captivating visitors with its beauty and originality. Every detail has been carefully planned to create a memorable experience for those passionate about wine and modern spaces.The tour begins with a walk through the vineyard, where you will learn about the cultivation of the Syrah grape, one of the world’s oldest grape varieties. Its adaptability allows it to thrive in diverse terrains, climates, and altitudes—and the Cerrado is one of those perfect locations!
Next, the visit continues to the production area. The guide explains the harvesting, fermentation, and aging processes. Each step is presented in detail, offering a deep understanding of the artisanal and technological expertise involved in crafting Vinícola Brasília’s unique wines.
TASTING OF EXCLUSIVE WINES
The highlight of the experience is the tasting of four exclusive wine labels: Syrah 2024 Vintage – Straight from the fermentation tank, providing a glimpse of the wine in its youngest form, Syrah 2023 Vintage – Aged for one year in French oak barrels, delivering elegant and complex notes, Syrah 2023 Vintage (American oak aged) – Aged for one year in American oak barrels, featuring intense and spicy aromas and Syrah Monumental 2021 Vintage – The winery’s flagship wine, representing the excellence and maturity of Cerrado Syrah.
Each tasting is paired with a selection of cheese and charcuterie boards, artisanal bread, and olive oil, carefully chosen to complement the wines’ flavors. At the end of the experience, you’ll also receive a personalized Vinícola Brasília wine glass, a souvenir to remember this exceptional moment.

The tour is available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but reservations are required in advance. The visit lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, guided by passionate wine experts.
