BONDINHO PARC
The Parque Bondinho Pão de Açúcar is made up of the Urca Hill and Sugarloaf Mountain. A cable car—the famous Bondinho—connects the two, allowing visitors to experience breathtaking views from up to 396 meters above sea level.
A SUNRISE STRAIGHT OUT OF A MOVIE SCENE
Your arrival at Parque Bondinho will be under a starry sky. The meeting point is at the park’s ticket office, with check-in scheduled for 5:00 AM, when Rio is still wrapped in silence and tranquility.
As the sky transforms into shades of gold, pink, and orange, the panoramic view of Rio de Janeiro unfolds in all its grandeur. From Morro da Urca to Sugarloaf Mountain, every detail of the landscape seems to come to life under the sunlight. Guanabara Bay, the beaches of Copacabana and Ipanema, and even Christ the Redeemer in the distance create a scene that feels like something out of a dream.

The menu is served from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM and features fresh, flavorful options—perfect for recharging your energy.
This 3-hour and 30-minute experience includes plenty of time to admire the sunrise and enjoy an exclusive breakfast. Afterward, you’re free to explore the park at your own pace, taking in the viewpoints and attractions before the first visitors arrive. This is the perfect moment to snap incredible photos and capture the stunning 360° view of Rio de Janeiro from one of the world’s most iconic lookouts.
ACCESSIBILITY
The cable cars and most of the park are fully accessible, with 8 access platforms and elevators across all levels to accommodate visitors with disabilities or mobility challenges. Additionally, the cable cars themselves are fully equipped for accessibility, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the breathtaking views of Rio de Janeiro from Sugarloaf Mountain. Currently, the only areas that do not yet offer full accessibility are the Time Capsule - at the Urca Hill, the Classic Sunset Club Restaurant and The Bosque - both ar the Sugarloaf Mountain.
