Recognized as a World Heritage site by UNESCO, Rio offers experiences that go far beyond the obvious. And in the heart of the city, you’ll find a true tropical paradise: Tijuca National Park.

Tijuca National Park is a sanctuary of Atlantic Forest in the middle of the metropolis, home to the largest urban forest in the world. With trails, viewpoints, streams, and waterfalls, the park invites you to explore nature in its purest form. It’s even better if you have the chance to experience a circuit of secret waterfalls few people know about. The crystal-clear water and the sound of the falling water create a magical atmosphere, perfect for a refreshing swim.

Continuing along the trail by the river, you’ll reach Chuveiro Waterfall, also known as Caixa Waterfall due to the unique shape of its rocks. This is the highlight of the tour, with a natural pool inviting you to swim and relax. Along the way, you might also spot some of the wildlife that inhabits the park, such as colorful birds and small mammals, as well as admire the rich local flora.

The experience lasts about 4 hours, including time for swimming, photos, and breaks to enjoy the scenery. Everything is designed so you can enjoy every moment safely and comfortably. Additionally, all the waterfalls in the circuit are open for bathing, ensuring a refreshing break amidst nature.
